For online stores that actually sell.
For the shop still taking orders over DM and the brand that's outgrown a bare-bones store builder. High-end e-commerce, built properly.
No jargon, no bloated retainers — just a storefront that loads fast, ranks, and gets people to checkout.
Built and supported directly, so help is a WhatsApp message away, not a ticket queue.
What we build
What it costs
Development work runs R550 to R1,100 an hour, depending on complexity and turnaround. Slide to see roughly where a project like yours might land.
We invoice in rand — USD and EUR figures include a 10% conversion buffer to cover exchange-rate movement.
A focused catalogue of up to around 25 products, a single payment gateway, and a mobile-first checkout. For the brand ready to sell online properly for the first time. Roughly 14 to 22 hours of work.
Most stores land here: a full product catalogue with filtering and search, an order management dashboard, multiple payment options, and a design built around your actual product photography. Roughly 32 to 50 hours.
A large catalogue, bulk product import, an admin panel for staff, order and customer management, and inventory tooling built to hold up at scale. Roughly 60 to 95 hours.
Similar scope to laptopsa.co.za, a full e-commerce website recently completed by us.
These are rough guides based on typical projects, not quotes. Tell us about your project in the form below and we'll come back with an actual number.
Examples of our abilities
We're a young studio — this section mixes real client work with concept builds while more case studies go live.
How a project runs
We gather what we need from you through one short, relaxed call, not a long questionnaire or a stack of forms. We ask plain questions about your business and your customers, listen more than we talk, and turn that conversation into a clear written brief you can check over — so nothing is guessed at and nothing gets lost between what you said and what gets built.
Most projects complete in about 3 days start to finish. The main variable isn't our side, it's how quickly we hear back from you when we need something: approving the current version, confirming content (text and other formats) on the website, answering a question, or sending through your own photos and images. Quick replies keep it moving; a slow week on your end just pushes the finish date out by the same amount.
What you get
2 hours of hands-on training
Once your store is deployed, we walk you through exactly how it works, storefront and admin panel, so you're never locked out of your own store or waiting on us for things you can do yourself.
PDF guide
A written reference covering how to add products, manage orders, and handle everything from the training session, for whoever needs it six months from now, not just on launch day.
Video walkthrough
A recording of the training session, so you can rewatch a step instead of trying to remember what we showed you.
Audio deep dive
The same training as an audio-only recording, for listening back in the car or between jobs.
Infographic
A one-page visual summary of how your site works, easy to print and keep at the desk or the till.
Full source code and assets
Every file that makes up your store — code, images, catalogue data, and any custom work — handed over as yours, not held hostage on our platform if you ever want to move it.
Built in South Africa, specialising in high-end e-commerce
Most web studios treat a store like a five-page brochure with a "buy" button bolted on. We build e-commerce first: catalogue structure, checkout flow, and order management are the actual product, not an afterthought.
Load-shedding, patchy fibre, customers on a limited data bundle — we build with South African conditions in mind, and we design checkout to survive a shaky connection, not just a fibre line in a coffee shop.
We know POPIA, we know how local and international payment gateways actually behave in practice, and we know that a broken checkout costs you a sale the moment it happens, not eventually.
You'll deal with the same person from the first call to the last fix, not a rotating cast of account managers.
And when checkout breaks on a Sunday night, you get a WhatsApp reply, not an auto-generated ticket number.
Become a WebbieDebbie affiliate
If you already talk to people running product-based businesses — a business coach, a product photographer, a bookkeeper, a marketplace seller ready to go independent — you're in a position to send them our way. We pay that in websites, not invoices.
Pick a code, set a password, sign up
Choose a referral code that's easy to say and hard to misspell — your business name or initials work well. Set a password too, so you can log in to your dashboard right away.
We activate it
We review your application and activate your code, usually within a couple of business days. You can log in and check your status any time in the meantime.
Refer, and it starts counting
Every client you send our way enters your code in the Reference code field on our contact form. They get 10% off their quote. You get credit toward the reward below the moment their project is signed and paid — track it live from your affiliate dashboard.
The reward
Reach either of these and you earn one free standard website build (our New Business package, or equivalent value toward a larger one):
The free build is yours to keep for your own business, or to hand to any client of yours as a gift — your call. Whichever threshold you hit first is the one that counts, and unused progress carries over toward your next one.
How to become a stellar affiliate
- Refer businesses that actually need a site — a good-fit referral converts far more often than a high-volume one, and closed, paid work is what counts toward your reward.
- Introduce us directly (a WhatsApp intro or a warm email) instead of just handing out the code cold. Warm referrals close faster.
- Make sure whoever you refer actually enters your code on the contact form — without it, we can't credit you or give them their discount.
- Keep an eye on your own progress by checking in with us; we'll also flag it when you're close to a reward.
- Codes are personal to one affiliate. Don't share yours around — each affiliate should sign up and get their own.
Thanks, we've got your application.
We'll activate your referral code within a couple of business days. You can log in to your dashboard right away to check your status, or reach us directly at webbiedebbie@terminalvelocityai.tech.
